A3WarMod

Posted on May 26, 2014 at 11:40 AM Comments comments (0)

Hello WarMod fans

Its been a bit and I wanted to let you know that Im not as active as i once was in the arma community, I am rather busy with other real life things that I have been doing for the past 20yrs and really dont have much time, nor interest for games these days.

Anyways wanted to let you know that A3WarMod was started back in late October but its only an alpha build, nothing special tbh, but I cannot release it til I get permissions from the mod authors for the mods that are in it.

A3WarMod may be on hold, or it may never happen i really cant say right now, a compilation mod like this takes alot of time and mental energy to build as well as time to research and test. Right now i really have no interest in working on the mod as there are still to many updates and things being released for the community so it may be just a waiting game like the other WarMod versions before i do work on it.

So all i can say is sorry but dont wait for it, it may or may not come.

I'll be around

Posted on November 3, 2012 at 8:40 AM Comments comments (0)

Hello folks.

The other website which I have been workign on, the Invasion-1944 & Iron Front Mission Repository has had an address renameing.

The new address for the site is:

http://missionrepository.webs.com/

The website lists and hosts, all Invasion-1944 and Iron Front Liberation 1944 Missions for those WW2 fans.

I'm still in the process of adding missions such as the Iron front missions. there is a chart on the fron tpage of the site that provides the number of missions availiable for each mod/game type.

Check it out.  Any questions let me know.

New Project being worked on!

Posted on October 13, 2012 at 8:30 PM Comments comments (0)

Hello WarMod fans!

I am currently working on a project for the

I44 or Invasion-1944 Mod

I'm not actually working  with the I44 team, I' am doing this for the community I44 fans of the mod.

The project is a new website I am building that will be a

Mission Repository for all I44 Missions.

Why am I doing this?

I love WW2, and I enjoy playing I44 mod, i have been a long time fan of their mod since the demo back in OFP 2003.

I enjoy compiling subjects that interest me and I also enjoy helping the community, if this can benefit and help players find missions faster, easier, and enjoy their game and the I44 mod then I have succeeded.

The whole concept of the site is to compile all I44 missions into one place and have them be downloadable instantly.

Further information and progress of the project can be seen on this thread here:

http://forum.invasion-1944.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=418

The thread started out as another project idea and then it turned into what it currently is, as you read through the thread you will see posts in reply to talking about classnames/screeshots and other things.

I will post on the thread linked above to report my progress of the new website, once the site is viewable and functional then I will have a link availiable.

So for those of you who love WW2 and the Invasion 1944 mod for Arma2CO my new site will make it easier for you and other fans alike to find missions for I44.

Any thoughts, questions, ideas, for the project then post on that thread of the project.

Taking a break

Hello everyone.

I am taking a break from working on any WarMod versions, but I will still answer questions and provide support for the mods, if any of you have questions reguarding the mods be it any of the WarMods, then refer to the release threads seen listed here on the help page

http://warmod.webs.com/help.htm

and i will answer all and any questions on the BIS forums release threads.

All for now.

WarMod v 1.5 to Release!

Releasing

As the title says, WarMod for Arma1 the original mod that started the WarMod series, will be released this weekend of the July 14-16th 2012!

This new version of WarMod is a total rebuild of the original mod, most addons and mods in the mod that were in the v 1.3, and 1.4 version are of course still in the mod, but the mod has undergone alot of changes.

New Features

The greatest features of this new version is ECS -(Enhanced Configuration System), GL3-(Group Link 3 - The Ultimate AI Enhancement) have been configured to work in the mod whereas before ECS and GL3 were run as mods outside of WarMod.

These 2 mods are now running from inside WarMod addons folder like the other addons and mods in the mod.

A new addition to WarMod is a  popluar mod SLX, this mod also has been added and integrated into WarMod, many tests were done in combination with ECS, GL3, and SLX, as well as the other mods in WarMod to get the best performance and gameplay from the mod without sacrificing features.

Stay tuned!
